Teen charged as adult due to giant penis

His gift has finally become a curse.

A 13-year-old Ukranian is being charged as an adult after stealing a cellphone. The reason being is that when he was sent to prison, doctors examined him and stated that his penis and teeth were that of a 16 or 17-year-old.

The judge then thought that the boy should be tried as an adult. It’s not like he could have hit puberty early or anything, right?

The boy’s case is still under review, but as of now, prepubescent criminals around the world are rejoicing. As long as they don’t look mature, they won’t be charged as an adult.

This begs the question, if a 17-year-old boy had the penis and teeth of a 12-year-old girl, would they be tried as a child or as an adult?
